Barre
Barre is a combination of ballet, yoga and Pilates. Most exercises are done using one's own body weight and isometric movements. Barre is an extremely effective workout and can be modified for most injuries. Barre is famous for it's lengthening and strengthening of all of your muscles. You do not have to have experience in ballet, yoga or Pilates to try barre. A beginner and everything in between will enjoy this fun workout.
Nature Hikes
You will get to see the best Anderson Island has to offer with a fun nature hike or a beautiful walk along the Puget Sound.
Yoga and Guided Meditation
We practice very restorative, relaxing yoga poses to help ease stress and melt away anxiety.
We practice a very gentle yoga, however, a private class is available at an extra cost, if you’re interested in improving your practice or in a more challenging class, please inquire before your stay.
